1.One way bearing B Series shaft mounted, so the shaft on which theclutch is mounted must be hardened to HRC56-60 and 1.5mm case depthafter grinding. Grind to 0.4S16micro-inchfinish.The taper of thisshaft should not exceed0.01mm per 50mm.
2. For installation of the clutch, mountthe clutch with bearings at both sides or on one side in order toobtain comcentricity between the shaft and the clutch outer raceand to take up radial or thrust loads which may work on the outerrace or the shaft. See the installationexample.
3.The clutch should be mounted on the shaft by rotating it in thedirection marked by the arrow shown on the clutch plate, DO notapply shock to the clutch by hammering.
4.The clutches have the same outside diameters as the bearings shownin the table above. Bore tolerance of the housing in which theclutch is assembled should be within the range shown in the tablebelow.
5.For indesing, oil lubrication inrecommended.
6.Concentricity of the housing bore and shaft should be within0.05mm.
