1. Advanced constant current (CC) and constant voltage(CV) for charging:

We use the technology of CPU controling and PWM, so that we cancontrol charging current and output voltage of the charger. In thiscase, we can make sure that the battery can be fully charged andavoid over charging.

3. The usage of product

3.1   Please check the output plug of charger, andmake sure that the plug is inserted correctly.

3.2   Please connect the output plug of charger to theinterface of the cells of battery before chargring. Then connectthe power plug of the charger to interior power source.

3.3   The charger charges by using CC, CV intelligentcharging way. After fully charged, the charger turns offautomaticlly. Please firstly disconnect DC plug, then disconnect ACplug.

3.4   Please make sure to disconnect AC plug of thecharger when it is no charging or fully charged.

3.5   The instruction of charger`s indicator light

3.5.1          Whencharging, if the indicator light turns red, it means normalcharging. If the light turns green, it means full charge. Then youcan use the battery.

3.5.2          Thecharger works when connecting with the battery which is lack ofpower..

The first time for charing should be 24h.. When the charging LEDturns to green, that means the battery has been fully charged.After that, charging extra 30 minutes will balance each cell.

1. Operation, Maintenance and Attention

4.1   There are high voltage and danger of thecharger. Please contact us if in the event of the failure. Do notopen the charger by user and non-professional servicing of ourcompany.

4.2   To avoid damp environment, and do not use thischarger in wet place.

4.3   Do not use this charger in the place where nearthe heat source or direct sunlight.

4.4   It should be in a clean and ventilated placewhen charging.

4.5   Do not cover the air outlet.Please keep a10-metre distance from the air outlet.

4.6   Do not cover the charger.Keep it far away fromthe children.

4.7   Please in a place where is good for radiatingwhen charging. Do not use it in the wet , high temperature,inflammable and flammable condition.

4.8   Do not carry this charger with your vehicle, orit may be broken.

4.9   Please read the instruction carefully beforeusing this charger. We are not responsible for the incorrectoperations.

6.Battery capacity and charging current

Lead acid battery`s normal charging current is 1/6 of batterycapacity(for example:the 30Ah Lead acid battery, the chargingcurrent is 5A, the 60Ah Lead acid battery, the charging current is10A).

Lithium ion battery`s normal charging current is 1/4 of batterycapacity(for example:the 40Ah Lithium ion battery, the chargingcurrent is 10A, the 60Ah Lithium ion battery, the charging currentis 15A).

If you want to speed up charging, you can enlarge the chargingcurrent appropriately but it can not reach 2.5 times stronger thannormal one.Otherwise, the large discharging current will shortenthe battery life!
