Instructionsfor use:

1. If it used on car, the carmust be started.

 2. At first, plug one sidein the cigarette lighter socket or 12V power Jack; the house andcar dual-use one insert 220V power jack. 3. Then insert the otherside of the wire to the refrigeratorjack where signcar 12V DC Jackor insert 220V (jacks are on the front panel below).

4.Then switch to the location ofthe heating or cooling, and check the corresponding LED lights(heating: red; Refrigeration: green). 5.It needs 15 minutes or 30minutes to refrigeration or heating (the time of cooling or heatingassociated with environmental temperature).
