This coach is a Alfa GOLD withthe 400hp engine.

This coach is NOT nice ascompared to a new unit. It is decent when compared to a newmotorhome. To be 6 years old this coach is prettynice.

This RV was just driven severalhundred miles with no trouble.

This RV is pretty easy todrive. only a regular driver''s license is required to drivethis coach. 

There is a roof AC unitsthat works.

There is a basment AC thatworks.

The engine or dash AC does blowcold air.

The 400hp CumminsISL DIESEL engine runs as it should, noproblems.

The Allison 6 speedautomatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, noproblems. 

An onan generator is ingood working condition.

There is a fridge / freezerthat works on LP gas or electric. 

This coach can sleep a total of4.

There is room for two inthe rear bed. 

The sofa converts to a bed for 2kids.  

We liquidate our inventoryand only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!!YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever.We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unableto take enough time to completely check out every thing oneach unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over headair conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally(if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concernedwith. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain,which consist of a test drive to determine if theengine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Wewill repair what is necessary. The REST is up toyou!!

The tires have good tread 22.5 inchwheels. The tires look decent, but they have 04 datecodes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV fora cheap pricei, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to besafe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 newtires for approx $1800.

The carpet looks good as youcan see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothingto be concerned about.

This coach has a 50 amppower cord hook up from the factory.
