1.    base vehicle specifications

Any specification of Toyota LandCruiser 200. We recommend V8 engines to cope with the additionalweight.

2.    Ballistic protection

The vehicle provides thefollowing ballistic protection:

-  Opaque areas provideprotection according to VPAM APR 2006, level 9 / CEN 1522 FB7. Thatincludes all soft core bullets 5.56, 7.62 and 9 mm and hard-corebullets 7.62x39 (BZ) and 7.62x51 (P80), from anyangle        

- Transparent areas havethickness 73 mm and provide protection according to VPAM APR 2006,level 9 / CEN 1063 BR 7

- both opaque and transparent areas provide protection against FSP20 (Fragment Simulation Projectile 20 mm) at 440 m/s, from anyangle

- The fuel tank is protectedagainst the effects of projectiles and two hand grenades detonatedunder the vehicle

- Protection of the enginecompartment: armored front wings and armored plates on the frontand underneath the engine (optional)

We guarantee that ourvehicles are armored according to the same design that wascertified in Germany.

3.    Blast resistance

The vehicle provides thefollowing protection against blasts:

- 3 x DM51 grenades detonatedunder the floor

- 3 x DM51 grenades detonated onthe roof

- 15 kg TNT at 2 m distance fromthe side of the vehicle, elevation 1m

- DM31 (anti-personal mine)detonated under the floor. Increases the weight by 120kg

- Anti-tank mine (6kg TNT) underthe wheel as per Stanag 2a. Increases the weight by 60 kg(optionally)

The blast resistance wastested and certified in Germany. A dummy was set inside the vehicleto register all relevant data and it is guaranteed that no injuriesto the occupants would occur after the blasts specifiedabove.
