HDPE outer casting is producedfrom HDPE with advanced equipment and production process. Theproduct is consistent with CJ/T 114-2000 standard.
PE outer casting has thecharacteristics of high mechanical intensity, resistance toimpacts, resistance to environmental stress cracking, resistance tocorrosion, resistance to low temperature, easy construction, goodseal and absence of leakage.PE outer casting has a service life of30-50 years.
In order to improve the adhesivestrength between the PE outer casting and polyurethane thermalinsulation’s wall, the company has introduced the outer castingcorona poling treatment production line. This technique makes useof 16 KV high voltage and special electrodes to producehigh-voltage electric discharge between the electrodes so that theneutral PE surface will have certain polarity and the surfaceproperties of PE will be changed.
