Eagle Brand PS plate bears proper grain size, well anti-abrasionanodizer layer, good hydrophilic layer and clean background. Highsensitive emulsion which evenly coats on the substrate combinedwith vacuum assist layer ensures flexible plate making, full screendots and good re-production, which will provide you with perfectprinting work.

Processing instruction:
Plate copying: Take the above conditions as reference ofplate-copying time and conditions. The plate-copying time changeswith plate-copying conditions.
Copying-down standard: Please use UGRA step-wedge to control itwithin rank 2-3.
Development: Put one bag(500g) of our developer powder into5litre warm water, and make it into concentrated solution.When youuse the concentrated solution, you may dilute it into water by 1:5.Thus you may get perfect developer solution.
Development temperature :23±2
Development time :20-30 seconds
Remark:
Dissolve concentrated solution completely with warm water.
