Application: This product is made by the polyimidefilm and coated with single class F thermosets pressure sensitiveadhesive. This tape can be curing in 170 180 ??? temperature andwithin 3 to 4 hours, suitable for electrical motor and cableinsulation with class H. 

A .Technical requirements

1. Appearance: disk flat, no bubble, no flow glue,even glue. When opening the tape dick not any transferring of glueon the tape , and edge without damage.
2. The size
2.1 Length: Each volume total length is for 40 to60 m, each volume not more than two joints,
Shortest length without any joint is not less than 10 m among totallength.
2.2 Width: Width 10-50 mm 1/- mm ;width more than50 mm, deviation for 1.5/- mm;also supplying according to thecustomer request.
2.3 Thickness and allowable deviation: Accordingto the needs of the users ,supplying for various thickness tape,allowable deviation is /- 0.01 mm.
3. Performance requirements

B .Packaging, mark, storage and transport
1.Tape should be closely winding in tube core, packing in sealedplastic bags with sealed,then putting into waterproof paper cartonor hard wooden cases.
2.Each box should be with product inspection certificate, shall bemarked on the product name, type, gross weight, net weight,production date, name of manufacturer and "moisture proof" "handlewith care" and other words or sign on the box surface.
3.From the date of original shipment, product storage period is forsix months, the product of more than storage period can be usedafter passing inspection according to the standard.
4.The product in should be moisture proof, prevent mechanicaldamage in transportation.
5.The product should be stored in a dry clean well ventilatedwarehouse.
