PolycrystallineDiamond Wire Drawing Dies are manufactured with polycrystallinediamonds, which are manufactured by mixing the selected diamondpowder of specific grain size with metallic bonding material andsintered at high temperature and ultra high pressure. This resultsin a homogeneous very hard and highly abrasive resistance blankhaving high thermal conductivity like natural diamond. Differentblank dimensions and grain sizes are available to suit almost everydrawing requirement.

You can getsignificantly longer die life, excellent wire roundness and highlypredictable die wear with a good wire surface finish.
