Operational principle:        Materialsare uniformly distributed to every tube of the evaporator throughthe distributor, then the material turn into spirality film flowfrom the top to the bottom under the presence of gravity and theself evaporation secondary steam, at the same time, heat exchangeoccurring between  material film and the steam of the tubeplate, which made the water evaporation in the material. Also, steady temperature difference and heat-transfer areamade stable water evaporation. The  secondary steam thatevaporated from the water can use several times, maximum heatenergy  utilization, steam consumption reduced greatly, all ofwhich formed the design principle of multiple evaporation.
Maximum performance feature:     The distributionpanel of the evaporator adopts spirality, material distributionespecially equalization,      the liquid turn intofilm decline along the tube intine absolutely, especially suitablefor the concentrate  of the sugar.     Headcover of the evaporator adopts flattop, which made them easy toclean and repair.     If the production output donotneed large evaporation amount, heat-exchange area can bechanged.     Vacuum system can be selected byoperation method, such as liquid ring vacuum pump and water jetpump.     Condensed water can berecycled.     Evaporation amount is 3900kg/h andsteam consumption is 1300kg/h.     Heat dissipatingcapacity is small, especially the secondary steam.    They are easy to operate and occupy small area.
