Changing models is quickly. The line will automaticallyadjust the mould rack and positioning only after choosing theproduction dimentions which you needed on the touch screen, so asto meet the production requirments.
The whole line has high productivity and runs smoothly.
This line consists of components such as automatic loadingmachine, punching machine, 180º turning over machine, roll millingmachine, transition conveyor, molding press machine, cuttingmachine,two-edge bending machine,manual unloading machine.It alsohas control units including air-cylinder system,hydraulic systemand electrical control system etc.
Automatic loading machine This is bilateral loading device whichcan load metal plate from two convey trolley at both side.Thefeeding manipulator adopts the vacuum chuck and displace to thenext station by rubber coating rollers.
Punching machine This punching machine is speciallydesigned to make the mold racks moving stable and safe.Availablemold life reaches more than one million times for careful and highstandard material selecting.Holes and gaps on the sheet are drivento form by the hydro-cylinder; All the punching mold racks arecontrolled by servo and can move freely on X and Y direction.
180º turning over machine metal sheets after punchingtransfer to turning over position throuth rubber coating rollersand turning arms turnover the metal sheet at angle of 180º to leavemetal burrs at the inner sheet.
Roll milling machine This section is the hard core ofservo-control top panel forming line, it functions to form thegroove profile of the top panel; it is applied the internationalnewest roll milling technology to form by 30 pairs of rollers whichcan ensure the high precision and small innerstress; The rollergear box is lubricated by engine oil and the spiral sealingtechnology is adopted to ensure no oil leakage.
Transition conveyor The sheets of roller forming in thisstation could wait entering next station where to link up the frontand back stations.
Forming press machine This machine is particularlydesigned of four columns structure with oil-cylinder driving systemto make “Z” shape of product’s four corners. It is very convenientto maintain and also manages the production more stable. Theforming unit can automatically adjust forming mould in term oflength and width of product by servo control system.
Cutting machinehe machine is used for cutting continumsheet into bisection;it has ingenious structure and can use stableand durable;meanwhile its particular swing transmiting structureensures changeness during cutting.The cutting molds are made of thematerial(SKD—11)which imported from Japan and its internationaladvanced heat treatment technology assures mould to be used morethan 300,000 times without any grinding.
Bending machine of both sides The machine is used forforming “C” shape of product’s two sides;optimized structure designis easy to transmit sheets of length 450mmfreely;four bending unitsalternate between mold changing and bending with the aid of twosets servo control system and hydraulic syestem drivingoil-cylinder.
Manual unloading machineThe whole process is finished whenformed product unloads from the line,.
