The product has the features of high hardness, good wearresistance and it can resist abrasive grinding or scouring from allkinds of sharp or strong erosion solid particles in the highpressure mud. Such as, detritus, quartz sand, iron ore and ironwhich could replace the traditional double metal cylinder sleeve.The service life is increased more than 10 times longer than thedouble metal cylinder sleeve. And, the service life is up to4000--10000 hours.
The ceramic has uniform microstructure and high surface gloss whichhelps to improve the service life of the piston. Compared withalumina ceramic liner, it has the features of stronger toughness,longer life, saving water for lubrication and reducing wear ofpiston.
