Briefintroduction:

HBN-02 Filling masterbatch granules forthe internal layer of double-wallcorrugated pipe is a new product for the production ofinternal layer of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe. It is made ofspecial treated micro-fine calcium carbonate , special Plasticresin, coupler and Dispersant in mix granulation method, with gooddispersion, drying capacity and excellent mechanical properties. Itcan be used in the injection moldingof PP.

Mainingredients:

1.Plastic resin;
2. calcium carbonate processed by special coupling agent;
3.Dispersant.

Technicalparameters:

1. Appearance: Φ3×1.5~2.5mm,Bonded particles≤0.2‰;
2. Color: original white or light yellow;
3. Moisture (Determination of thermogravimetry: 105°C/10min):≤1.3‰;
4. MI (190°C/10kg/10min): 2.5~4.0;
5. Ash: ≤82.0%;
6. Packing: 25kg/bag, kraft composite bag, lined with hot-sealedmoisture-proof plastic bag.

Dosage:

upon your demands, dosage isabout 50% (additive calculation method ), or 15~30% for injectionmolding (additive calculation method).
