Gas Intake valve:Controlledby computer,the stable and dependable air inlet control valve can make the airdisplacement and power consumption of the motor chang along withthe air consumption,so as to save energy and electrity ,and reducethe operating cost.
Oil andgas separator:Screw-shaped design of oil and gas separator is easyto uninstall and change. Separator core can separate the left oilin the process of compressing air. After separating ,the left oilwill be about 1-2 ppm. this will increase the cleanness of thecompressed air and lower the pollution to the compressed air andlower the pollution to the compressed air and equipment.
Oil filters:High-efficient oilseparator can remove the impurity from the lubricant and provideclean lubricant for the pump ,rotor and bearing.
Coolingsystem:The designed super large cool area ensures it workingnormally at high temperature and hot environment. Good heattransfer performance, little flow resistance and low request forwater quality. It is convenient to clean and need no specialcleaning fluid.
Motor:Famous brand motor withF class isolation and IP54 protecting class. It uses imported SKFdurable bearing and can be operated all day long.
TemperatureController Valve:Designed specially for the high environmenttemperature and high air humidity, upon cold start up, thermalvalve enables the system to reach the best working temperature assoon as possible, and maintains constant temperature and viscosityof lubricant to prevent condensing of evaporated gas andemulsification of the lubricant, which prolongs the service life ofthe lubricant, rotor of the main machine,bearing and otherparts.
