This is a Bluetooth Class2 (max 4dBm) modulewith on board antenna. The on board antenna eliminate the need ofmatching circuit on the main board and therefore save the costs ofproduction test. It is based on CSR Bluecore 5 (BC5)-MM chip set.It can support Bluetooth V2.1 EDR system. The Embedded Kalimba DSPCo-Processor supports the advanced features such as echocancellation, noise reduction and stereo audio (A2DP profile)communications. Thanks to the 16M bits program flashmemory, the module can be integrated with fruit of Bluetoothprofiles stack to meet various kinds of application. Further more, advanced stereo audio codec such asAPTX and AAC are allowable. That is, to provide high quality audiowith low latency time.The integrated stereo DAC provide highquality audio performance with SNR up to 95dB. Supportdigital audio bus such as PCM, I2S or SPDIF. And the onchip Switched-Mode Regulator and Li-ion battery charger eliminatethe needs of external components and costs. The host Interfacesinclude USB and UART, that are programmable for data communication,module control or firmware upgrade.
The powerful and flexible design allows themodule to support HSP/HFP/A2DP/AVRCP SPP, PBAP,???all kinds ofBluetooth profiles.
