Knitting system: single carriage with two systems
Needle selecting system: each system is equipped with 4 sets needleselecting device of special precision. Equipped on two systems, 8sets needle selecting device can be disassembled or assembled atthe outboard of the carriage, thus making it easy to be repairedand maintained.
Yarn feeders: fixed on both right and left ends of the rail withdouble sides, 2-8 sets yarn carries can be changed at any placewithin the needle-bed area. It also equips special yarn carriersfor float less intarsia pattern (optiondevice) , special yarncarrier catching model is self-decided.
Sinker system: sinker yarn system is of micro-adjustment
Racking system: ac servo-motor control. Any movement of needle bedwithin 2 inches is all controlled by stylized order. Each sectionis with function of 1 / 4p, 1 / 2p, 3 / 4p micro adjustablepositions and special rack.
Main take-down system: controlled by stepping motor in accordancewith stylized order, the system has various sections of changeabletension for selection with keyboard.
Sub-take-down system: controlled by stepping micro in accordancewith stylized order, the system has various sections of changeabletension for selection. Automatically open and close.
Driving system: controlled by ac motor, the system drives timingbelt, thus making the carriage move. Various sections forselection, program can be freely made.
