The processing plant of JYY Fisheries processes upto 150 tonsdaily with carefully selected raw materials. Ourprocessing plant is equipped with powerful freezer system. Withthis, the plant is able to “quick freeze” our products to avoiddrip loss (the loss of nutrition through defrosting).
