The temperature in themountains stays at a steady 20 ''C all year round while the soilacidity is between 4.0 and 4.8 . Brewing Method
A porcelain or glass vessel is recommended,such as a porcelainteapot or a covered cup. Fill 1/3 of the tea vessel with tealeavesthen pour in boiled water heated to over 95 degrees Celsius. Wait30 seconds and the tea can be poured out and enjoyed.
The tea can be steeped repeatedly with the brewing time adjusted in5-second increments according to personal preference and thebrew''s thickness.
