Process of HA-40-PT 10 tons/day Pyrolysisplant
Whole Nylon / Radial Rubber Tiresare charged into the horizontal revolving reacoter. The charge isheated externally by gas/wood or coal firing. At cerain temperaturehydor carbon gas starts to evolve.which is used as a fuel forfurther heating of the reactor. At the start of pyrolysis reactionoil vapor and gases stars to evolve. Oil is condensed, cooled andsent for storage while as gas is used for the heating of the systemto maintain temperature. On the completion of the reaction reactoris allowed to cool slowly. Steel wires and carbon black powder aretaken out. The reactor is recharged for the next run.
