GSE-41 is athermoplastic elastomer TPE that can be applied for EVA scarprecycling by mixing pellets with EVA scrap with 1 to 2ratio (1 kg of TPE against 2 kg of EVA scrap) equalto 3 kg of useful material or it canuse onto various foaming materials for improvingimpact resistance, anti-slippery, and cold endurance. A propertychanging and enhancement pellet.

FEATURE
- An improved version ofGSE-40 TPE with better performance andproperties.
- It is a great EVA scarprecycling pellets for transferring EVA scrap into useable foamingor EVA materials for reducing and saving cost. With 1 to2 ratio where 1 kg of GSE-41 TPE pellets can transfer 2 kg of EVAscarp into 3 kg of useable materials.
- Upon use it can improve andsmooth out the surface of the finished product by reducing itswrinkling phenomenon.
- It features greater propertieson low density, better softness, and excellent feel plusanti-slippery..
- The finished product ofGSE-41 TPE can be evenly matched withNEOPRENE products.
- Can replace the use ofIR synthetic adhesive that was applied onEVA or other rubber items.
APPLICATION
- This TPE material is applicableto shoe components, toys, and packaging which of those that needssofter and more elastic goods. More recommandation can be TPR sole,sports TPR sole, injection TPR sole, or Yoga matTPE.
SPECIALNOTE
- In order to achieve fullphysical properties a very small proportion amount of cross link(additive) agent VG-301 (TPE/TPR additive) will need to be addinto your GSE-41 formulation.
