Main Characteristics

Cold foil collection both for narrow web and high speedsheet-fed offset presses

Good over printability with conventional and UVink

Applicable for conventional glue/UV glue

High gloss and suitable for large areatransferring.

For function differentiation, we have cold foil collectionincluding CF3.3, CF4.2, CF4.6, CF5.0 and CF5.1

Recommended Applications

Applicable on a wide range ofcoated paper/carton and plastic materials (PE, PP,PET), or other substrates with non-absorbent surfaces.

Applicable on the offset presses with cold foil module.Most of jobs that are printed on a offset press may use the coldstamping process, ex. Folding Cartons, Packaging forcigarettes, Packaging for chocolates, Labels, Books, Artprints…

Adjust the adhesive lay-down to suit thesubstrates. Optimized adhesive application level: 1.5– 4 g/m² dependent on the substrates

Insufficient glue application would lead to poor removalof the metalizing layer from the carrier film resulting in a patchyprint.

Shelf life and Storage

Use Univacco product withinone year after production

Keep Univacco product in its original package andaway from high temperature, sunlight exposure andhumidity.

Master rolls are best stored vertically. If storehorizontally, please keep the original boxes and packages for yourstorage.

Jumbo rolls should be suspended horizontally and avoiddirect contact with the ground or other items.
