Brown Fused Alumina is fused andcrystallized under high temparature from a Mixture of bauxite andother raw materials.It is brown and features high hardness andtoughness.The Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for grindingmetals of high-tensile strength such as carbonsteel,general-purposealloy steel,malleable cast iron and hard bronze,etc.It also can beused as refractory materals,chemical additives,precision foundingand anti-sliding materials.

Chemical compositions:
F4-F80 (P12-P80): Al2O3:95.00%-97.50%; TiO2: 1.5%-1.8%;CaO: less than 0.45%
F90-F150 (P100-P150): Al2O3: 94.00%-97.50%; TiO2:1.5%-1.8%; CaO:less than 0.45%
F180-F220 (P180-P220): Al2O3: 93.00%-97.50%; TiO2:1.5%-1.8%; CaO:less than 0.45%
F220 (P220) finer: Al2O3: more than 92.00%

True density: more than 3.90g/cm3
Bulk density: 1.40-1.85g/cm3

Application:

1) Abrasive: Produce ceramic gring wheel, resinoid gringdingwheel, Grinding stone, Gringing block, sand paper, sand cloth, sandbelt, polish wax, abrasive paste, coating etc..

2) Refractory material: Mainly used for abrasion and hightemperature resiatant, inoxidizable aggregate and filling of shapedand monolithic refractory in steel metallurgy, various industrialstoves, electric furnace etc..

3) Sandblasting abrasive: Mainly used for various materialworkpieces to decontaminate, derusting, prevent corrosion, removeoxide skin etc..

4) Abrasion resistance ground: Mainly used for non-slip ofairport and road, chenmical factory

board paving.

5) Precision casting: Investment casting technics of stainlesssteel and aluminium casting in coating.
