OperationMethod:
The scrap-shaped or granule-shaped material stored in a storage binand then fed to the Disc Mill by a roller feeder. Pulverization ofthe feed material takes place on fixed and rotating disc.
The material is sucked out of the mill by a fanand is then conveyed to a cyclone. Through the roll loading valve,the powder is onto a special screening machine. Any resultingoversized particles are returned automatically to the mill forrepulverization. The finish powder is bagged. An all-metalseparator, a filter, a cooler, a granules and powder conveyitem aswell as laboratory systems can optionally be offered.
