Our Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jigger is a new type of energy saving andhigh efficient gravity separation equipment and developed based onthe traditional Sine Wave Jigger. The difference between Saw-toothWave Ladder Jigger and Sine Wave Jigger is that the pulsation curvefor jigging is saw-tooth wave shape, with speedy upward flow andslow downward flow. Bed layer is elevated integrally and slowlydropped with a long effective loose time, allowing significantincrease of handling capacity for unit screen surface, decrease oflower limit of grain size recovery and large save of make-up waterfor undersize fraction.

Industrial tests carried our of Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jigger andSine Wave Jigger for comparison showed that the recovery rate foroperation of Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jigger is raised by Sn: 3.01%,W: 5.5%, Pb: 1.63%, Zn: 2.04%; The water consumption reduces30%-40% with water consumption being decreased by 30-40%. The areareduces 1/3 and the stroke may adjust also.

Application

Ore dressing of our Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jigger is capable ofhandling almost full sizes of mineral materials other than veryfine material. It features simple process operation, heavy dutyequipment handling capacity with final products being obtainedthrough one time separation. They can achieve a good result inprocessing such as placer gold, tantalum-niobium, titanium,tungsten, iron, tin, hematite, cope, manganese, barite, zirconiumand chrome etc.
