Rasching ring has excellent acid resistance and heat resistance.Itcan resist to corrosion of various inorganic acids,organic acidsand organic solvents except hyhrofluoric acid,and can be used inhigh or low temperature conditions.
Consequently the application range is very wide.It can be used inchemical industry,metallurgy industry,coal gas industry,oxygenproducing industry,etc.

Product properties
1.Ceramic Raschig Ring is the first developed by a random packing.It is the shape of a simple, height and diameter of the samesize.
2.Large size of the Raschig rings (100mm) generally use the rulesof filling the entire puzzle mode, 80mm size Raschig ringsgenerally use the following method huddle filling.

Thermal shock test :
For factory shipments over 56 M3 or 2000 cuft:
1) Randomly pick 100-200 pieces of saddles from the batch orshipment
2) For each sample selected, heat it up to 820 degree andmaintain them at this temperature for 30 minutes
3) Drop the hot pieces into cold 20 degree water
4) Repeat steps two(2) and three(3) ten(10) times on each andevery piece in the sample lot.
5) Examine the pieces and count the percentage that show clearsigns of breakage and/or cracking. Our standard is “less” thanseven (7%) percent.
