It's placed in an integral front and back pocket of the vest outercover (in front of Soft Armour Panel), constructed from ceramictile backed with high-energy impact absorbing material whichmaintains the integrity;
The bullet would be decelerated fragmented and deformed by theinsert plate and any fragments are captured in the soft armourbehind the plate, whilst minimizing blunt trauma;
It is composited by front and back panels:
1) Front panel comprises several pieces of high-purity Ceramictile;
2) Back panel is laminated by multi-layers of UHMWPE UD fabric,being a solid pack, it offers structural strength and multi-hitcapacity;
Ergonomically designed using proven technology affording the wearerexcellent protection against a range of high velocity threatincluding the following ammunitions no less than 6 shots, meetscomplete requirement according to NIJ IV defence level STAND ALONE,multi-shot protection against 7.62×63mm AP (30.06 M2) velocity at880m/s;
