The typical characteristics of lower head forging of AP1000Voltage Stabilizer are large size, multi-curvature, high-precision,it adopts the whole mould pressing direct molding technology. Whichis still a worldwide problem, we have conquered a series ofworldwide technical problems and process difficulties through thelong-term efforts, forged the lower head of AP1000 VoltageStabilizer. The production of drainage chamber head, calandriaplate and duplex stainless steel and other products used fornuclear have been achieved success.
