Plate Heat Exchanger Plates
By using our domestic supply chain we are able to supply heattransfer plates for many types of plate heat exchanger. Combinedour more than 10 years experience in PHE market enables us to keepprices competitive and keep delivery times to a minimum.
Heat transfer plates are available in different materials andthicknesses, The three main materials used are asfollows:
304 Stainless Steel: This is the lowest cost heattransfer plate material. It has a low corrosion resistance andusually thickness available 0.5mm and 0.6mm.
316 Stainless Steel:This is the most common heattransfer plate material and is used in many applications. 316stainless steel has a high corrosion resistance and usuallythickness available 0.5mm and 0.6mm.
Titanium: This has a very high resistance tochemical attack including most acids, chlorides and sea water. andusually thickness available 0.5mm and 0.6mm.
Other materials, such as Hastelloy C276 are available on requestfor special applications.
