High-speed hybrid machine Type ZL-B800 is a facility which makesthe hot abandoned plastic film directly into grain. It can regimentthe soft PVC and high &low pressure polyethylene andpolystyrene and polypropylene and other hot abandoned plasticproduct or film to grain.It also can regiment the abandoned frothypolypropylene to grain.

Putting the scrap into machine body, the scrap is cut quicklyinto fragment by shearing of high speed revolving turning-knife andfixing-knife.The fragment is flowing along the machine bodys innerwalls on the centrifugal effect of the turning knife dish. Becauseunder the high speed of rub between the material and rub betweenthe wall and the razor blade,it produces a great deal of hot whichmakes the material temperature rise quickly and makes the materialgo to half plastic appearance.Before the material will befreezed,please pour prepared cold water into the material.When coldwater meets hot material,water will gasif quickly and take awayquantity of heat from the materails surface.Thus the materialssurface cools immediately and it wont agglomerate,then the materialis cut to pieces through the cracking function betweenturning-knife and fixing-knife.During the cutting process,addappropriate pigment to color up according to the demand.

This grains made by this machine can be directly used forextruding machine and injecting machine.
