LP Model Push type unscrambler are national advanced bottleunscrambling equipment, which are based on world advancedtechnology, designed and developed according to our country’sdeveloping trend of high speed and automation of drink’s fillingequipment.

The main machine has cylinder appearance with adjustable feet atthe bottom for changing machine’s height and level. In thecylinder, there is a rotating cylinder, and outside of rotatingcylinder, there is the dropping bottle slot, the inner side isequipped with lifting device, which the amount is the same withdropping bottle slots. At the center of machine, there is a fixedumbrella shape tower. When the lifting device send out short ofbottle message according to the bottle detecting device on thetower, bottle will drop onto umbrella shape tower from top centerof the machine, then enter lifting device from the edge of tower.Under the action of cam, the lifting device pushes bottle into thebottle slot. After unscrambling in the slot, the bottle rotatesalong with bottle slot to the exit of unscrambler. The pokingbottle starwheel at the exit will push the bottle into air conveyway. The starwheel joins shaft of main motor through time gearedbelt.
