APPLICATION:

     Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers for use as PU adhesives.Mainly used in
footwear industry as heat activated adhesive. T-PU609AS isgenerally used in MEK,
TOL, or EAC solution. T-PU609AS solution itself or withpolyisocyanate shows
excellent bonding strength to materials based on PVC, PU, TPR, TPE,Rubber,
Fabric and Genuine leather.
 

 

CHARACTERISTICS:

 

1. Excellent bonding strength for various materials.
2. Very strong initial bonding strength,
3. Strong crystallization tendency, low thermoplasticity.
4. Easy to solve.
5. Very strong heat resistance.
6. Can be used as mono-component adhesive, or with polyisocyanatecrosslinker
when high temperature stability is reguired.

VISCOSITY:

 

  Solid content 15% in MEK, 25, 1600-2000cps.
Higher viscosity will be obtained when use EAC or TOL as past thesolvent.
