Fixed pitch  propellers can be produced withany required blade number, weigh from hundreds of kilos to 30 tonnes and size from 0.5 to 7 meters. and We candesign and manufacture FPP for all kind of ships,forexample,container vessels, tankers, bulk carriers and dry cargovessels ,etc.

The main targets when designing an FP propeller are:
-Efficiency (related to speed)
-Cavitation behaviour (related to noise)
-Pressure pulses on the hull(related to vibrations)
-Meeting the strength requirements.

Design Philosophy:
FP propellers meet these demands,and provide a wide variation inspeed and power densities for any type of ship. Our designexperience covers a range of vessel applications, includinghigh-powered fast containerships, tankers, bulk carriers and cruiseliners.
We have extensive hydrodynamic knowledge and have developed designtools based upon years of experience with calculations, model testresults, and full- scale measurements. Our research and developmentefforts are dedicated towards continuous improvement in thehydrodynamic design of our propellers. To achieve this goal, weco-operate with research institutes and universities in jointresearch projects. Our aim is to improve our knowledge and fullscale experience, and to improve our design and analysis methods,including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
