PEW004 is a specialized master batch for blown film. With LLDPEcarrier resin. Adding this master batch in film blowing process,there will be excellent dispersion, it can increase lustereffectively and increase the white color and opacity, in additionno small-molecule migrations out on the extruder die. It caneffectively improve productivity and cut cost is remarkable.

Applications
PEW004 will be distribute in PE film evenly, it is used inproduction of PE film and other white film, it can increase theluster, white color and opacity effectively. The PE film that addin PEW004 will compound with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, it do not effectfilm''s peel intensity and heat seal intensity.

Recommended Addition Rate
Single layer blowing film, add in 5%-15%
Three layer coextrusion milk-white film, layer center add in 20%,compound layer add in 10%, the addition rate will affect film''swhite color and opacity, so the excellent addition rate willconfirm after test.

Compatibility:
PEW004 has good dispersion in PE

Storage:
PEW004 can be stored up to maximum 12 months at 25oC for optimumperformance. Higher temperatures might reduce storage timeconsiderably.
