Property and usage: 

It is colorless or light yellow oily transparent liquid withslight cream odor. It has good performance for fire retarding andplasticity. It can be used as fire retardant for PVC, soft or hardfoam polyurethane, cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose paint,flame-resisting rubber & rubber conveyer belt. Besidesself-extinguishing character, it can impove other performances ofproduct, such as water proof, element resistance, antistaticperformance, soft feeling, dosage is 5-10 portion, OI. is 26. Itcan also be used as special pressure additives for lube, gasolineadditives and heat cooling agent of magnesium.
