• Mill Grade
  The mill grade stainless steel woven wire cloth is used mostly insifting and sizing applications. It has higher percent of open areacompared with the market grade, but less than that of tensilebolting grade. The weaving method is commonly the plain weave.
• Tensile Bolting Grade
  Tensile bolting grade stainless steel woven wire cloth is widelyused in the sifting and sizing applications and general filtrationapplications. It has high percentage of open area than the marketand mill grade cloth. It is typically used when maximum throughputis crucial. The weaving method is commonly plain weave.

Different Weaving Method

• Plain Weave
  Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and eachwarp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wirehave and warp wire the same diameter.
• Twill Weave
  Twill weave means each weft wire passes over two and under two warpwires, and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. Thewire diameter of the warp and weft is mostly same. The open area issmaller than the plain weave.
• Dutch Weave
  Different with the plain weave and twill weave. Dutch weavestainless steel woven wire cloth has different wire diameter andaperture size in the weft and warp. Commonly the diameter in theweft is thicker than the warp wire. Weft wire is in the lengthdirection with the warp wire in the width direction. The dutchweave can be divided into plain dutch weave and twill dutchweave.
