Galvanized ironwire, also known as galvanized steel wire, finds most uses inbinding of construction materials or weaving of galvanized wiremesh products.

Materials: Low carbon steel, medium carbonsteel or high carbon steel.

According to thedifference of zinc coating process can be divided into: electrogalvanized steel wire and hot-dipped galvanized steelwire. 

• Galvanized Wire in Small Coils: 
  Wire diameter: 0.5-1.8mm 
  Packed in 1kg-20kg small coils. Plastic film inside, gunny bags orwoven bags outside.  
• Galvanized Wire in Big Coils: 
  Wire diameter: 0.6-1.6mm. 
  Tensile strength: 300--500MPa. 
  Elongation: =15%. 
  Packing: Big coils of 150kg-800kg. 
• Galvanized Wire on Spools: 
  Wire diameter: 0.265-1.60mm. 
  Tensile strength: 300--450MPa. 
  Elongation: =15%. 
  Packing: On spools of 1kg-100kg.

Applications: Galvanized iron wire is mainlyused as wire for meshes, spring wires, rope wires, knitting wires,scrubbing wires, wire for control cable, wire for braiding hoses,wire for conveyor belts, wires for welding, Tig and Mig wires, nailwires, wires for constructions, stitching Wire, etc.

Packing: in coils and from 0.7kgs/coil to800kgs/coil then each coil to be wrapped inside with PVC strips andoutside with Hessian cloth or inside with PVC strips and outsidewith weaving bag.
