It is colorless or light yellow oily transparent liquid with slight cream odor. It has good performance for fire retarding and plasticity. It can be used as fire retardant for PVC, soft or hard foam polyurethane, cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose paint, flame-resisting rubber & rubber conveyer belt. Besides self-extinguishing character, it can impove other performances of product, such as water proof, element resistance, antistatic performance, soft feeling, dosage is 5-10 portion, OI. is 26. It can also be used as special pressure additives for lube, gasoline additives and heat cooling agent of magnesium.
