steel bar upsetting machine-upset forging parallel thread machine 

The machine can process steel bar whose diameter is from 12mm to 40mm, the coupler can link different diameter of steel bar.

Principle:

This system including Rebar End Cold Forging Machine and Steel bar Thread Cutting Machine and one set of oil pump.

First, we use Rebar End Cold Forging Machine to forging the end of rebar.

Second, we use the Steel bar Thread Cutting Machine to threading the end of rebar.

Third, we use the coupler to link the two ends of rebar.
