Main uses: Fiber separator is a separating machine whichaccording to the air suspension theory separates the mixed powderstuff into the light part and the heavy part.
Its main structure includes: electric motor, close wind device,stuff-feeding hopper, main shaft, buffer ring, adjusting ring,stuff –separating disk, vortex ring, separating and selectingdevice, bearing, and so on.
Principle and character: Under the effect of the air conveying, thestuff falls to the high-speed spinning stuff-separating diskthrough the close wind device and the stuff-feeding hopper. Underthe effect of eccentricity, the stuff is fully scattered, and isthrown at the buffering ring. In the process of falling, with theeffect of the crossingcurrent which is generate from therotor,the heavier stuff through the lamina of the adjustable ringslides to the thick stuff collector in the separating-selectingdevice to be collected, then to be emitted out through the closewind device, while the lighter stuff, fine powder or fiber, underthe effect of the crossing current, together with the current inthe wind-drawing hole above the rotor, is carried to the finepowder collector in the lower separating-selecting device, then tobe emitted out through the close wind device.In the rotationprocess, the mixed gas in the separating-selecting device is drawnin through the wind-drawing hole in the middle beneath the rotor,through the vortex ring and the adjusting ring after fine powder orfiber is collected, becomes clean air, and then flows back throughthe wind-drawing hole in the middle above the rotor, forming theautomatic circulation. Under this principle, the stuff is separatedinto light part and heavy part. In the working process, theseparating effect can be regulated by adjusting the position of theadjustable ring.
