Wastewater characteristics changed greatly under the increasingstrict wastewater discharge standard and second stage biologicaltreating technology. For example ,when we use biological phosphorusremoval technology, the slurry should not stay in the sedimentationtank and concentration tank for a long time,so mechanicalthickening equipment will replace traditional sedimentation tankand concentration tank, in order to shorten staying time in the twotanks to increase slurry thickening result, decrease the followingequipments'' purchasing cost and operating cost
DIBO Belt Series Concentrated Belt Filter Press Working Flow Rateand Principles
Slurry will be concentrated by tossing flocculant, after mixingreaction, slurry will flow to the next step : feeding distributionplate, it will distribute slurry to the slide concentration beltuniformly , under the sludge rake double direction guiding andgravity reaction, slurry will move along the filter belt, get offrunning water quickly. After gravity dewatering , sludge reversesystem will transfer sludge to the gravity stage for furtherdewatering. After feeding at S shape squeezing stage,sludge willmoved and carried between the two layer of filter belt,afterseveral rollers'' squeezing, filter cakes will be formed anddewatered further.Discharge filter cakes by a filter cake scrapingsystem, filter cloth filtering ability will regain by automaticfilter belt washing system
