Introduction:

Vibrating hopper feeder is a new type feeding equipmentinstalled in various feed bin bottom. It makes the material loosethough vibration so that it can eliminate the material archingcamber, blocking, attaching and solve silo discharging problem.

Principle:

Vibrating hopper feeder composed of hopper, directionalstructure, supporting spring, magnetic plug and base. The hoppermostly is dial type (also straight channel). There is the spiralrising tilted tough inside the dial type. The directional structuresettled in the side of tilted tough exit, when the work piecepassed the tough exit doing directional movement. Supporting springis usually three or four board spring tilted installed. Magneticplug is as the exciting force.
