ZYNJ -Series hydraulic screw - on machine is designed as hydraulic,mechanical and electrical integrated combined type (the completemachine is a set of equipment), featuring handsome appearance,reliable performance and convenient operation. Four-gear ortwo-gear speed shifting mechanism for star clamping is adopted,which has big clamping range. It can perform self-centering of anyclamped workpiece within the applicable diameter range, withoutneed for replacement of slips. At the time of use, so long as it isfilled up with hydraulic oil and connected with power supply, suchscrew - on machine can perform normal operation, without thenecessity for complex pipeline and electric wire connections. Thismachine is mainly used for disassembly and assembly of somecylindrical threaded connection pieces such as casing coupling,tubing coupling, oil well pump coupling, packer adapter anddownhole tools in oil field. It is controlled by manually operatedvalve.
