Application:
Botulinum Toxin A is used for the removing facial lines,including:
1. glabellar (frown) lines frontal lines smile lines,
2. blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm
3. crow''s feet etc.
4. some types of strabismus

Adverse reactions included pain on the face, erythema at theinjection site, and muscle weakness will be infrequence, less than3%. They can be avoided by appropriate injection techniques andmostly occur within the first week.

Botulinum Toxin A is minimally invasive and no recover time isrequired. Rightly after treatment the patients can go back to work.So there is no downtime, and it will not disturb your normallife.

Contraindications:

1. BTXA is contraindicated in individuals with anaphylactictendency and hypersensitivity to this preparation.
2. The injection should be postponed in patients who have fever,acute infectious diseases and administered more carefully topatients with blood, heart, liver, lung diseases, activetuberculosis, pregnant women and never to children below 12 yearsof age.
3. BTXA must not to be given to those who suffers from eyebrowhyperplasia and myasthenia gravis, it is ineffective in patientswith serious muscle fibre contracture.

Injection Method:
In order to reduce the complication of blepharoptosis:
1. Avoid injection near the levator, palpebrae superioris,particularly in patients with larger brow-depressor complexes
2. Medial corrugators injections should be placed at least 1 cmabove the bony supraorbital ridge
