Our in-house injection machines range up to 680T.Wespecialize in highvolume;over-molding;insert-molding;thread-forming molding,and 2component molding,and can inject any and all materials includingABS;PC;PE;PP;PS;HDPE;LDPE;PA6;PA66;PA12;TPU;TPE;TPR;TPV;and allpossible compounds e.g. PP/Copo;PC/ABS;as well asGlass-filled,Talc-filled,and metal-filled.
Each order is logged into our system to show when it is dueon the press and the date that shipment has been /confirm/ied. Thespecific press that the component will be manufactured on has theWorks Order documentation stored in a holder on the press so thatthe operator can check any details he might require at his workstation. On commencement of production our QA team will monitorfirst-offs and subject them to a full Analysis before releasing theitem for production. once in production set parameters as regardscontinued inspection are adhered to, dependant upon therequirements set by the customer and our QA department. Our QAManager makes the final decision as regards all Quality matters andspends a fair proportion of his time in the manufacturing plantensuring all procedures are complied with.
