4)have more than 100 kinds of products 2.aboutProduct[Pharmalogical actions] Sodium penicillin is a B-lactamantibiotics. It primarily inhibit bacterial transpeptidase, preventcross-link of peptide of the cells and inhibit cell wall synthesisso as to lead to the breakdown of cells. It has antibacterialactivity for most gram-positive bacteria (such as streptococcus,staphylococcus aureus), gram-negative cocci and some gram-negativebacteria, spirochetes and actinomycetes. After this product isabsorbed, it is widely distributed in the body fluids, body cavity,chest cavity and articular cavity. And the drug concentration isabout 50% of plasma concentration. It is easy access to the tissueinflammation. However, it is difficult to get through theblood-brain barrier.[Indications] Mainly used for the conditionscaused by infectious gram-positive bacteria diseases (e.g. swineerysipelas, anthrax, actinomycosis, necrobacillosis,pyelonephritis, mastitis, metritis, pneumonia,septicemia) such as persistent high fever. Gloomy spirit, didnot eat. Lung heat kick, red or yellow urine, scleroma stool. It also can be used for the conditions caused byleptospirosis, for example hemorrhagic dysentery. [Usage anddosage] Intramuscular injection, for horse and cattle, 10-20thousand units/kg; for sheep, pig, horse, foal, calf 20-30units/kg; for dogs, cats 30-40 units/kg; 50 units/kg 2-3 timesdaily. For 2-3 days continuously. [Adverse reaction] Thisproduct has a small toxicity. Occasional allergic reactions willoccur, while for dogs, cats often happen. If allergy symptomsoccur.
