1. This machine adopts synchronous control technique,both the welding time and cent-control welding is composed of digital and integrated electric circuit. This operation is accurate, it has stable function,firm welded point and without welded tracks. Not only welding speed is fast but also it is easy to learn and operate. 

2.The step motor controls fallen wefts structure and drawing materials are automatic(this technology has won the national patent ZL200520024381.3). So it is even and accurate,the edge of mesh is regular,it is unnecessary to slice the side.Drawing mesh adopts the device with elastic tension link(which met the national patent ZL200520024380.9)and fixing the mesh,it is easy to regulate mesh hole and mesh size is rather accurate,welding aperture could also adjust randomly within the range.It is automatic to make mesh in pieces and in rolls.

3. Both machine could produce three pieces of wire mesh at the same time.Each piece of mesh have 8mm extra length at both side.
4. The available wire is black wire or galvanized wire.
