Carbon black N220 with highre-enforcement property is a widely used furnace black. It has highstructure, and its abrasion is between those of super abrasionfurnace black and high abrasion furnace black. Its iodineadsorption value is 121g/kg, and DBP adsorption is114cm3/100g.

APPLICATION

Carbon black N220 is used in treadcompounds of truck tire, passenger tire and high strength highabrasion rubber products, such as high strength conveyor belt andindustrial rubber articles etc.

USAGE ANDFUNCTION

Carbon black N220 can be used invarious rubber compounds. Compared to the compounds filled withcarbon black N330, those with N220 has higher abrasion of 10%~20%,higher tensile strength and higher crack resistance, higher heat-upand hardness. The compound filled with N220 isconductive.
