DEscriptION

"WANKAI" Brand "WK881" PET resin bottle grade is TPA-basedpolyethylene terephthalic copolymer. It is a high molecular weightpolymer for general use in manufacturing containers. It can be usedin the production of making packing bottles for carbonated softdrink like cola and 3-gallon, 5-gallon big bottles. .
Bottles made from WK881 resin can meet the requirment of highoptical clarity and glossing, good barrier properties to oxygen,carbon dioxide and moisture. And enlong the shelf life and preventthe possbile bottle cracking during transportation.

Drying
Drying is necessary prior to the melt processing to prevent theresin from hydrolysis.
Typical drying conditions are an air temperature of 160-175°C, 4-6hours residence time.
