Bushing insulators are used for high-voltage insulation andpassing the conducting bar of corona electrode through the housingof the electrostatic precipitator. They are made in two modes:Fitting-incorporated or of solid porcelain body.
The fitting-incorporated insulator consists of porcelain body andtwo end fittings assembled together with thermo-resistant cement,with rolled or sanded connecting surface, with thermo-resistantcushion and resilient coating between porcelain body and endfittings for preventing from loosing and torsion and ensuringmechanical strength.

The insulator of single porcelain body has no metal fitting. Theporcelain body surface is covered with brown or white glaze whilethe surface of metal fittings with anti-corrosion painting.

The insulating bushings conform to the stipulations ofGB/T772-2005. Technical specifications are of high-voltageporcelain insulators. They can be used at surrounding temperatureup to 250º C, with working voltage classes from 72kV to 120kV.
