RPMP production line of FW typeis mainly used to produce and manufacture the

RPMP as well as other related FRPwinding pipes. This production line is featured by

sand-adding device of HQ-FRP typewhich will be controlled automatically by all

hydraulic pressure. For the RPMPthat adopts the silicon sand-adding device and

process of HQ-FRP type, its resincontent in the layer of silicon sand-adding will

decrease 5%-10% under theprecondition of the full impregnation of silicon sand. The

process of adding silicon sandwill adopts the Pneumatic control. In addition,

the high frequency vibrator willbe used to densify the silicon sand-adding layer, which can largeimprove the compactness of the silicon sand-adding layer, as aresult, the

ring stiffness of pipe will bealso improved effectively and at the same time, the

phenomenon of dry yarn or no yarnwill not exist. The usage of such silicon

sand-adding device and processcan not only improve the quality of RPMP a lot but

also decrease the cost. Undersuch case, the products will be strongly competitive in

the market.
